This thing is so quickly becoming a weapon of choice. It really makes me wish I had a natural medium with 100% opacity and instantaneous drying times. The Tablet PC will never replace the ambiance and texture of natural medium and paper, but it seems like the best place to generate sketches.

It's wonderful to see a working illustrator that is almost completely analog! I always think I'm a million miles behind contemporary illustrators in the digital medium. Also, thank you one hundred times for the detailed processes you lay out, and the keen analysis of materials. So many illustration blogs leave you guessing, was it gouache, watercolor or acrylic? I just spent an hour on your site - wonderful.
