Conté in 15

The poses in our figure drawing sessions range from quick one minute gestures to 30 minute long poses. This is a 15 minute drawing done in Conté crayon. I find Conté to feel more consistent than charcoal so it's often a medium of choice.

Unlike the PLLC, the shareholders of a public limited company do not play a significant role as a minimum of three directors must be appointed to manage the company. If there are only one or two shareholders, it is sufficient to appoint only two directors. If a company is appointed as a director in accordance with Belgian corporate law, a permanent representative must be appointed. http://www.confiduss.com/en/info/blog/article/business-structures-belgium/
